825 State Stout Release #7

Brewed on June 24, 2011. Packaged September 5, 2011.

In release seven we lowered almost all the hop addition and added just a pinch more chocolate malt.

The Malt/Grain

Ultra Premium Maris Otter as the base malt.  Flaked Oats, Briess Black Malt, Weyermann Munic Malt I, Roasted Barley, Chocolate malt and Barley Flakes.

The Hops

In the Boil:  Nugget, Willamette and Tettnang

ABV 5.8%.
