Copper Cone Pale Ale Release #4

Brewed on July 21, 2010.

Malt, malt, malt and lots of hops.· Maris Otter can be something special and that is what this nice copper hue, over the top America Pale Ale is.· English malt but American hops and the hops do the work while the English Malt is firm and steady in the background, like a true English gent.

The Malt

Ultra Premium Maris Otter as the base malt, Premium Weyermann Light Munich, CaraMunich II and CaraMunich I and a touch of Briess Carapils Malt.

The Hops

In the Boil:  Columbus, Centennial, and Amarillo

The Dry Hops: Simcoe 

ABV 6.7%.
