Copper Cone Pale Ale Release #2

On release number two we raised the Centennial hops significantly to create an exquisite balance of spicy and herbal.

The Malt

Ultra Premium Maris Otter as the base malt, Premium Weyermann Light Munich, CaraMunich II and CaraMunich I and a touch of Briess Carapils Malt.

The Hops

In the Boil:  Columbus, Centennial and Amarillo
The Dry Hops:  Simcoe

ABV 6.3%.
