Copper Cone Pale Ale Release #3

Brewed June 14, 2010.

In release three we lowered the Centennial hops back to where release one was and coasted into a comfortable 6.7% ABV.

The Malt

Ultra Premium Maris Otter as the base malt, Premium Weyermann Light Munich, CaraMunich II and CaraMunich I and a touch of Briess Carapils Malt.

The Hops

In the Boil:  Columbus, Centennial, and Amarillo

The Dry Hops:  Simcoe

ABV 6.7%.
