This summer's Wit Beer continues to impress with a slightly more citrus finish on top of an already excellent beer. This Wit Beer has a good amount of coriander and ginger flavors to balance out the sweet and bitter orange peel and crisp yeast esters.
Premium Weyermann Pilsner, Briess Flaked oats, Ultra-premium Muntons wheat malt, Weyermann Acidulated Malt and Rice Hulls.
The Hops and Spices
Noble hops in the boil: Saaz and Tettanger. The spice bill includes bitter and sweet orange peel, ground ginger, cardamom pods, grains of paradise and whole unscented coriander.
