Pfeifferhorn Lager Beer

A full strength and quaffable American lager with a hint of European flavor.  Pfeifferhorn lager has a subtle malt flavor, and clean, crisp finish. A fine spicy and slightly herbal noble hop profile which barely lingers on the palate, 5.3% alcohol by volume.

Straight-Up Saison Release #7

Brewed on May 11, 2012 Packaged May 24, 2012.

Slightly more alcohol than previous releases only emphasizes the barnyard flavors of hay, grass and tart fruit. Enjoy this beer cold in a tulip glass to accentuate the wonderful nose of this true to style saison. 

The Malt/Grain

Weyermann Pilsner as the base malt, Muntons Wheat Malt, and Briess Flaked Oats.

The Hops

Premiant, Tettnang, and Sterling.

ABV 7.2%
