Pfeifferhorn Lager Beer

A full strength and quaffable American lager with a hint of European flavor.  Pfeifferhorn lager has a subtle malt flavor, and clean, crisp finish. A fine spicy and slightly herbal noble hop profile which barely lingers on the palate, 5.3% alcohol by volume.

Galloway Porter

A dark, full-bodied and drinkable beer, Galloway Porter highlights rich roasted chocolate and coffee-like malt flavors and aromas.  It has a very mild hop addition so that the chocolate malt flavor can shine through, 5.4% alcohol by volume.

Intermountain Wheat Beer

An American Wheat Beer, no banana or clove in this one: highly drinkable, unfiltered, “session-able.”  Easy to drink, nice zest and lemon citrus flavors and aromas from the hops balanced with slight malt sweetness and just a wee bit kick of sour from the wheat.

Capt'n Crompton's Pale Ale

Made with classic Pacific Northwest Cascade, Centennial, Mt. Hood in the boil and dry hopped with more Cascade hops.  Cascade aroma dominates the nose, so be sure to sniff it like a wine snob. Plenty of ultra premium Maris Otter malt and three

Fest Devious Release #7

Brewed on July 13, 2012. Packaged August 14, 2012.

Epic's first Fest Devious release of 2012 is our fifth time brewing a Marzen.  It pours a beautiful ruby red with a thin, fleeting white foamy head. Clean aromas of fall including caramel, roasted nuts and a tiny bit of pine bark accentuate this easy to drink lager. Brewers slightly increased the Munich malts for a nuttier Marzen.  Lagered for 21 days, flavors of caramel, malt and light hops combine with a slight warming from the alcohol to make for a wonderful beer for the cool nights of fall.

The Malt

Weyerman Pilsner, CaraMunich, Munich Malt 20, and Bonlander Munich Malt.

The Hops

Premiant, Tettnang and Saaz

ABV 6.2%
