The two Gold medals received for this beer have left us wondering if we dare to improve on it? But, for release three we did lower the wheat malt just a touch.
The Malt/Grain/Sugars
Premium Weyermann Pilsner, Ultra Premium Maris Otter as the base malts.· Light Candy Sugar, Briess Carapils Malt, Flaked Oats and a touch of Briess White Wheat Malt.
The Hops
In the Boil:· Premiant, Tettnang and Saaz
ABV 9.5%
