Lowered the Tettnang hops to let the sweetness of the light candy sugar and over-ripened fruit shine through.

Premium Weyermann Pilsner, Ultra Premium Maris Otter as the base malts.· Light Candy Sugar, Briess Carapils Malt, Flaked Oats and a touch of Briess White Wheat Malt.

In the Boil:· Premiant, Tettnang and Saaz
