Copper Cone Pale Ale Release #19

Brewed on September 2, 2011. Packaged September 13, 2011.

No hopback this time and used an Amarillo extract at a higher amount.

The Malt

Ultra Premium Maris Otter as the base malt, Premium Weyermann Light Munich, CaraMunich II and CaraMunich I and a touch of Briess Carapils Malt.

The Hops

In the Boil:  Columbus, Zeus, Centennial and Amarillo
The Dry Hops: Simcoe 

ABV 6.2%.
