The first Brainless® Belgian Golden Ale is very drinkable. A great one to share with a friend who is new to the style and you “warn” about the funny fermentation flavors of bubble gum and other esters. Don’t be surprised if they end up drinking most of the bottle.
The Malt/Grain/Sugars
Premium Weyermann Pilsner, Ultra Premium Maris Otter as the base malts. Light Candy Sugar, Briess Carapils Malt, Flaked Oats and a touch of Briess Whie Wheat Malt.
The Hops
In the Boil: Premiant, Tettnang and Saaz
ABV 8.3%.
