Imperial Red Ale Release #2

We lowered our Columbus, Mt. Hood, and Cascade hops butt raised the Amarillo to leaving this release more citrusy sweet.

Malts

Ultra Premium Maris Otter Malt, Premium Briess Malt, Crystal, Carapils and CaraAroma.

Hops

Columbus, Mt. Hood, Cascade and Amarillo.Dry Hop:Centennial
7.8% ABV

IBU’s ~40, but tastes like a bit more
