Published in Exponential Series

We took our double gold medal winning Brainless® Belgian, added peach puree and aged it in French Chardonnay casks. It develops nicely as it warms displaying more fruit and wine.

    Peaches and Brainless Belgian shine in this release. (French oak Chardonnay Casks) is pretty evident with nice hints of toasted oak and vanilla present. The beer should age nicely and Head Brewer Kevin Crompton believes that with age more of the wine flavors should come forward. Drink from a Pinot glass, serve on the warm side of cold, it develops nicely as it warms displaying more fruit and wine.

    Brewed December 3, 2010.

    Peaches and Brainless®Belgian shine in this release with wine flavors more subdued than release 1 and 2 but barrel aging (French oak Chardonnay Casks) is pretty evident with nice hints of toasted oak and vanilla present. The beer should age nicely and Head Brewer Kevin Crompton believes that with age more of the wine flavors should come forward. The barrels from this release will be retired and sent to the cellar for Sour beer production. Drink from a Pinot glass, serve on the warm side of cold, it develops nicely as it warms displaying more fruit and wine.

    This beer has a rich and complex malt flavor balance with a bit of spicy noble hops.  The peach is very subtle but noticeable, with a dry finish from the champagne yeast in the 2nd fermentation in the French Chardonnay barrels.
