Marshmallow Peppermint Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
Approx 14-20 chocolate wafers
½ pt heavy whipping cream
1 ¼ cups mini marshmellows
½ cup crushed peppermint candies
8x8 pan
Instructions
Crush wafers into small pieces and spread half on the bottom of an 8x8 pan. Reserve remaining wafer pieces.
Whip heavy cream until thick.
Fold in the crushed peppermint candy and marshmallows into the whipped cream.
Spread the whipped cream, candy & marshmallow mixture over the crushed chocolate wafers in the pan.
Top with remaining chocolate wafers.
Cover & refrigerate overnight.
