Pie & Beer Day
Pioneer Day? More like Pie and Beer Day!
In celebration of the Utah holiday, we brewed a scrumptious Cherry Pie Cream Ale. This beer brings the flavors of a classic cherry pie into a smooth & creamy ale. We used nearly a pound of cherries per gallon of beer, with a mix of sweet and tart cherries to create a balanced fruit character. About a quarter of the cherries were tart, while the rest were sweet, allowing the tartness to add complexity without overpowering the beer.
Munich malts were used to mimic the rich, bready character of a pie crust, helping balance the natural sweetness of the cherries and giving the beer a fuller, rounded finish. At 6.5% ABV, Cherry Pie Cream Ale is sweet, fruity, and easy to enjoy without becoming overly sweet.

Belgian-Style Ale
Brainless Honeycomb is a Belgian-style ale brewed to a bold 12% ABV. Crafted with real Utah honey, it brings a natural sweetness that pleasantly integrates into the beer’s malt character. In true Epic fashion, Brainless Honeycomb was aged in oak barrels giving it a smooth and unforgettable finish.
This brew is a carefully structured Ale where sweetness, strength and barrel character compliment each other in a satisfyingly sweet way.

It’s our flagship IPA, turned up. Tropical hop oils amplify aroma and depth without compromising the bold hop character and smooth body that made it a favorite. The result is a familiar classic with added dimension—smooth, bold, and unmistakably delicious.
Tropical Chasing Ghosts IPA clocks in at 10% ABV and is available in 16oz. cans.
