Munich Mayhem isn’t like your mainstream light beer. It’s the opposite. It’s a delicious Märzen-style Lager that was brewed by loving parents, but became rebellious in its teenage years – I mean in the fermenter.
A passion for: ANARCHY
This punk beer never wanted to be true to style. Right from the get-go we moshed – not mashed – together a sammelsurium of Pilsner, CaraMunich, Crystal, and Melanoidin malts in the lauder ton. After things got shoved around and heated up a bit, we dumped dangerous levels of Tettanang and Saaz hops in and quickly rushed everything to the fermenter.
The result is a bready, malt-driven liquid with an ungovernable aroma of spice and herbs. As part of our rotating beer series, this bier will only be available at our taprooms and in the market for a limited time. ‘Hammer Geil”
